Tim from Adelaide, AustraliaThis is a fantastic photo Emily. Love how the shadow give the objects its shape and scenery. Nice shot! 30 Oct 2008 6:10am Laurent from Lyon, FranceI like the backlight and its effect on the water. Very artistic shot. 30 Oct 2008 12:46pm bluechameleon from Vancouver, CanadaOh Emily, this is simply amazing! I love the outline of the light, the detail of the spray and mist! Amazing! 30 Oct 2008 12:57pm @bluechameleon: thank you! Chris from Melbourne, AustraliaI agree, the lighting does make it look otherworldly; almost as if time had stopped running in this place except for the fountain - the fountain seems to be slightly tilting to the right and the hills in the background reinforce this by also sloping down to the right - I don't think that's such a big deal, something that just caught my eye after viewing for a while. Still, great work, the mist and the colour pallet work great together with this subject. 30 Oct 2008 10:43pm @Chris: hee i did realise the slant too... when i was editing it, i tried to use the "ground/horizon" as a guide but it bring round didnt help. i should hv used the fountain axis pendicular to the edge instead. bisha from Saitama, JapanBeautiful lighting, I like how the water seems to glow! And I love the tones of this image. Very nicely done! 31 Oct 2008 2:56pm @bisha: thank you! appreciate ur comments Andrew Gould from Sydney, AustraliaA wonderfully dramatic image.
