Columns / Mostly lines

Posted by Em!ly Ng (Residing in: Adelaide, Australia | Home:, Singapore) on 30 September 2008 in Architecture and Portfolio.

lines & curves. but mostly lines.

this was spotted along a very narrow alley between two buildings, quite high up 2-3 storeys? Just happened to look down and up the ally. Hope to being some attention to the beauty we pass by without seeing.

ah, the quotes.. i'm gonna include them to accompany the images add some.. personality into the blog; and to remind myself of certain things.

Dramatic lighting, interesting lines and found in a fairly obscure place... Trust your instincts, they're sound. I've been on holidays where a few fellow photographers and myself will travel somewhere and shoot, and even when we shoot the same thing in the same place we will inevitably take very different pictures.

@Lee Blades: yup, when i go on tours, i try take untypical tourist shots. towards the end of the trip, there was this guy who would stand where i stood to take the same shots as me -__- lol..

Thanks for your interesting comment!
